Everyone laughed when I started taking photos, but when they saw my images...

This was 35 years ago, I remember the day well, hot and steamy. I was on holidays with my wife and friends in the Northern Territory. I had always enjoyed taking photographs, little did I realise that it would change my life forever. The images that were produced after the trip proved to me that there was something to follow. Three weeks later I sold my first submission. Well the rest is history now, numerous awards, over 30 books published, literally thousands of cards, calendars, advertising campaigns and the like. It was time for a new challenge, to start thinking outside the square. Or in this case the frame.

The year 2000 dawned and so did my thoughts on the future. Photographyebiz was born, but in reality had been 35 years in the making. To bring my images into a new millennium, I needed someone with flair and imagination, a creative genius. I could think of no better person than Tony Bowler, we have worked on several advertising shoots over the years. He produced a new and innovative look for my images which made me sit up and take note.

Together, with a bunch of loyal staff we have created a new future for photography that will now last into the next millennium and beyond.
