What is Royalty Free?
This is a license agreement between our customers (the purchaser) and Photographyebiz (the supplier). In basic terms Royalty Free gives you the right to use the image over and over again for the one price, but it has some conditions and will suit some people more than others. If you purchase a Royalty Free image you may NOT use the image in a resaleable item such as calendars, cards, posters or prints. You can however, use them on items such as articles in magazines and newspapers, reports, brochures, newsletters, multimedia applications, packaging, the internet and advertisements (be aware that your opposition may also use the same image). What is Rights Protected?
"Rights Protected" images are just that: rights protected. That means you rent them for your specific use or project at a price determined by the nature and scope of that purpose.

Accordingly, the "License" agreements for "rights protected" stock is very different from the "terms and conditions" associated with "royalty free".

The Rights Protected images are best suited for businesses who want to resell a product such as calendars, card, book publications, posters and advertising that you want to secure the rights to the image so that their competitors will be unable to use it. This is a facility available to Royalty Free images only. If you need your image and you need it NOW! then all you have to do is click on the download option after your credit or account has been accepted. This usually takes a few minutes. There are three types of image sizes available for downloading
*72 dpi at A5
*300 dpi at A5
*300 dpi at A4.

Changed Your Mind?
No problem we can exchange or refund for an image that you have decided not to use. This however, has some conditions (a) Photographyebiz must be notified within 10 working days from the order placement, (b) If the image has been scanned on CD and delivered, 80% of the price will be refunded, this covers any time and postage and handling expenses. If the CD has not been sent you are entitled to a total refund. Please note that the CD must be returned before any refund is credited.
